Xin Yuan Ji started as a humble stall, a simple recipe, and a family who believed good soup shouldn't be hard to come by. That original kitchen is where our soul lives — the exact broth, the exact technique, the care behind every bowl since.

新源记从一个不起眼的小摊开始，一份简单的食谱，一个家族的信念：好汤，不该是难得的享受。那间最初的厨房，是我们灵魂所在：同样的汤头，同样的手艺，还有此后每一碗汤背后不变的用心。

Built by family, grown with care. 家族所创，用心壮大

What began as a family's promise became a system. A recipe perfected over 40 years, and an SOP that carries it faithfully to every outlet we open. Not rules on paper, but discipline practiced daily, so the bowl in front of you always tastes the way it was meant to.

一份家族的承诺，渐渐化作一套系统。一道历经四十年打磨的食谱，以及一套忠实地将它带到每一家分店的标准作业流程。这不是纸上的规条，而是每天切实执行的坚持，只为让您眼前的这碗汤，始终如初。

Where we are now 如今的我们

Today, that promise has grown into 12 outlets across Singapore. 12 kitchens, one recipe, one standard. Because for us, growing bigger only means something if the soup still tastes like it always has.

Behind every outlet is a central kitchen working to keep things running smoothly. It's where we handle the prep work that lets our outlets move faster during busy hours, without ever cutting corners on taste.

每一家分店的背后，是一间中央厨房，在背后默默运作，确保一切井然有序。所有前期备料工作都在这里完成，让各门店在高峰时段能够更高效地运转，同时绝不牺牲半点风味。
